Location : Santa Clara, CA
Duration : 12 months Contract

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Experience in upgrading and configuring of an Oracle 11g database server on
a HP UX platform from Oracle 9i version
Deep understanding of databases, the upgrade process and feature set of
oracle 11g, preferably in a data warehousing environment
Experience performing all functions of an Oracle DBA which include: server
installation / configuration, performance tuning, data import techniques,
field level encryption, transact SQL, and extensive experience with all
database objects (stored procedures, UDFs).
The resource should have demonstrated capability to manage offshore
resources
Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
