*Role: SAP HCM* *Consultant * *Duration: 1 year* *Loc: Sacramento, CA* *Client: State government of CA* *Mandatory Qualifications* 1. Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience with SAP HCM config with respect to OM/PA, Time, and Shift Management modules; 2. Must have SAP certification in HCM for Public Sector or taken SAP Public Sector Academy courses in SAP HCM; 3. Must possess a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working SAP HCM (OM/PA) module, specifically with HR Info Types, OM/PA data types, and Time/shift schedules; 4. Must possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience and expertise in configuration of info types, Time functionality, Shift Schedule rules, and data migration efforts with SAP HCM in the ECC 6.0 platform; 5. Must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on SAP experience with data extraction, data mapping, and configuration of SAP HCM sub modules such as OM/PA, Time, and Shift Management; and 6. The possession of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or a certificate from an accredited university in Information Systems Management or Computer Science. *b. Desirable Qualifications* 1. Minimum of 3 years experience working on large and complex State IT projects; and 2.
