grouped into two different skill sets that are relevant to the applications
and this project:
(1) Contemporary .net technology and technical training expertise.
(2) .Net design documentation and programming expertise.
*1. Skills Relevant To .net technology and technical software development
training.*
*# 3 years experience:*
o Creating and documenting detailed application architectures and software
designs that maximize the best practices and design principles for 3-tier
applications based on .net 2.0-3.5+ Framework, Microsoft tools, and the
principles of a Service Oriented Architecture.
o Designing, building and testing n-tier client server and web development
against load-balanced servers under the Windows 2000/Vista operating
environment.
o Documented history of effective teaching and coaching of software
developers in these technologies.
o Concise and effective writing skills in the production of software design
documents.
o Leading formal design reviews and code walk-throughs.
o Planning and leading daily technical work within small teams.
# One or more years experience:
o Effectively applying web services within the Windows Communication
Framework (WCF) to applications of moderate size and complexity.
o Ability to effectively apply Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) and SSIS.
*2. Skills Relevant to software programming, testing and defect repairs*
*# 5 years experience*
• Designing, building and testing 3-tier client server and web-based
applications that execute on load-balanced servers under the Windows
Server/2000/Vista operating environment.
• Creating, executing and reporting on unit tests based on Functional
Specifications
• Troubleshooting and correcting defects in VB.net and ASP.net
applications.
*# 3 years experience applying the following development tools: **

o VB.Net 2.0 and ASP.Net
o Java Script
o .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5
o Visual Basic 6.0
o SQL 2000/2005, including development of stored procedures

• Prior experience using the SharePoint Collaboration tool to manage defect
status.
• Prior experience setting up and using coded unit testing
• Prior experience assisting with load, stress and performance testing.
