Title : PeopleSoft HR Techno Functional Consultant Location : NY Duration : 1 Year Job Description: Skills: 6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 5 full life cycle implementation experience, 6+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Int Broker Start Date: Immediate Description: Daily Responsibilities: Thorough involvement in requirement gathering, fit-gap assessment, process flows, client presentations of the Scope and schedule for Core HR, ESS/MSS,, Recruitment Workforce/eRecruit, Compensation, and Talent Management. Provide technical and detail designs for the above PS HCM modules. Provide strategic input into the client HR roadmap. Be able to communicate between the business and the development teams. Provide advice for the creation of test cases and scenarios for subsequent testing efforts. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of PeopleSoft HR solution architecture Provide quality assurance practices Demonstrate an understanding of latest Oracle technologies Qualifications: 10 years Oracle DB experience, heavy 10g hands on 6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 5 full life cycle implementation experience 6+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with HCM modules 5+ years of Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with the following PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management, Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit 6+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with all HCM modules. 4+ years of strong experience with PIA Oracle SOA experience and PeopleSoft ELM strongly preferred Experience with data & business process standardization. Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue escalation, and project communications and relationship management. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
