Title : “Peoplesoft Time & Labor and Absence Management” Location : NY Duration : 6+ Months Contract Position 1 : PS Functional Lead - Time & Labor •Lead at least 2 implementations of T & L •The Candidate should have at least one full end to end Implementation experience •Must have done Study/Requirement Gathering and Fit-gap analysis •Module configuration & setup •Good understanding and knowledge on Rules configuration and setup •He/she should be good Techno Functional (Functional 60% and Technical 40%) •Good Technical knowledge in – Application Engine, People Code , SQR, Component Interface, People Tool etc •Should have good Communication knowledge, Customer Interaction , Independently can gather the requirement and communication, Communication to the Business users. •Must have work in Onsite-Offshore Model & coordination Position 2 : Job Description: Peoplesoft Absence Management - Functional Lead 1. Absence Management Project full end to end Implementation / Upgrade as Functional Consultant - minimum 3 Projects. 2. Excellent understanding & experience in Absence Management Module Configuration / Rules, Setup, Workflow 3. Excellent Communication Skill and Client Focus 4. Excellent experience in Requirement Gathering, Fit-Gap, Configuration, Design, Demo, documentation, Time & Labor Integration with other Module/System 4. Preferred Banking Domain Knowledge 5. Capability of Handling Project Activity Independently at onsite and guide the technical team accordingly. 6. Must have worked on Onsite-Offshore Model 7.
