Package: dpkg
Version: 1.16.2
Severity: normal

Hello,

I have issues with upgrading multiarch libraries, such as libpcre3, when
both amd64 and i386 versions are installed:

dpkg : erreur : --configure needs a valid package name but 'libpcre3' is not:
ambiguous package name 'libpcre3' with more than one installed instance
