I've reported this problem to s3tools-b...@lists.sourceforge.net and got answer
from Michael Wood <esiot...@gmail.com>:

   "Someone reported recently that the latest 1.5.0 alpha fixed this issue
   for them."

So, please upgrade package.

Below is output of sync command after  it exited. It happens after every
uploaded file.
