Hi Thorsten,

As mentioned by Bastien, scheme48 /does/ list the license text of a
non-DFSG compliant RFC license.  In fact, it seems to list multiple
versions of it - one of these are listed in [1].

AFAICT this license explicitly forbids modification and therefore fails
to meet the DFSG ยง3.  If you disagree with our assertion, then I
recommend we pass it by the FTP masters, who are the authority on this.
 Should they disagree with our assertion as well, we will amend the check.
