I'm not sure if the generator is a good idea. I played around with that idea a long time ago but discarded it again. It also changes the behaviour of the insserv generator, which no longer generates dependencies if native units exist. At the current stage, I don't think these patches should be merged as is for master. Didier, Martin: could you elaborate what those patches try to fix? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
