thank you for spending your time helping to make Debian better with this bug report. I think its not a bug, its a future. All windows are opened at the same position (so that the most of the picture are visible). And the window can moved to your preferred position and hold it for one session. If you think that this future must be change please file a new wishlist bug at [1]. So I close this bug now.
