If my patch was accepted upstream, there is no official release
including it yet.
Since the commit a number of new features are not yet debugged
so here is what I suggest:
Use git dev tree and eventually reset to minimum commit :

3 tests must be disabled as are in error today:
testsuite/ltrace.minor/attach-process-dlopen.exp
testsuite/ltrace.main/filters.exp
testsuite/ltrace.main/dwarf.exp
Making a port from 0.7.3 is a tuff work as there are so many changes in
the common code between 0.7.3 and now.
Let me know if you need more explanation.
ASAP I will investigate current hang in dwarf and filters code, and the
deadlock situation found with attach-process-dlopen.exp
