Thanks for taking the time to file this, I had already submitted the bug
upstream. I won't have much time to investigate for the next few weeks
but I'll get round to it eventualy if upstream doesn't (I want to use
msitools for wine-gecko and wine-mono packaging so I need to get it
working correctly on i386 at least).
