Since debian/control lists libnuma-dev as architecture any, every architecture will try to build the package even though all the other parts are listed with specific architectures only.
Not sure if libnuma-dev should be architecture all or have the same list as the other packages. Certainly any is the wrong setting. -- Len Sorensen
