It was planned to get it through the 8.2 release, but the announcement of the release date has been done a bit too late for being able to get a kernel uploaded in time. > This leads to the unfortunate situation that for every upload, I have to > search for a mipsel machine that is not affected by the bug (currently a > CI20) and compile and upload manually; otherwise the package would not > migrate to testing. > > Please upgrade the kernel on the buildds, or "somehow" integrate the > patch that fixes the bug. Yes, I understand it's unfortunate. The rule is that the build daemons should run a stable kernel, and we don't have any fixed stable kernel yet. We'll try to see if we can get a solution without having to wait for the 8.3 release. Aurelien -- Aurelien Jarno GPG: 4096R/1DDD8C9B aurel...@aurel32.net http://www.aurel32.net
