1) this patch is not complete

It should pull a bootloader from Debian packages and not depend on the
user adding it as binary include.

2) while includeing the EFI bootloader should make the image EFI
bootable it is not obvious

 - if the image is also BIOS bootable (possibly but not explicitly stated)
 - if the EFI method also works with HDD images with no ISO filesystem
 - what partitions the image includes and if rearranging the
partitions eg to add a data partition as the first entry affects
bootability (currently state of the art bootable USB stick with
Windows-compatible data storage is created by moving the partition
entry for Debian Live partition to second position and creating a data
partition at the first position in MBR using the unallocated space at
the end of the medium)
