I haven't used the module for more then 5 years and could always get along with the Tcl http module for my own needs. So I now consider to remove it from Debian. While someone started to adopt it upstream there is no real activity and I'm not inclined at the moment to start to work on it myself. So I guess removal from Debian is the better option for now.
