Package: network-manager-gnome Version: 1.1.90-3 Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
Here's some strange behavior I just observed: After uninstalling gvfs, starting "nm-applet" will non-deterministically not register an icon in the systray. This is using LXQt as my DE. Once I unstall gvfs again, the nm-applet icon is registered reliably. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling gvfs a few times, and this behavior was reproducible. However, I can't really explain what is going on. Could it be that nm-applet, somehow, depends on gvfs?
