The installed version of OTRS is 5.0.9+dfsg1-1. Ckeditor is 4.5.7+dfsg-2. The skin is available either from upstream otrs, or from the ckeditor site. The two plugins seem to exist only in upstream otrs. I was able to take the three directories and place them in the obvious places under /usr/share/javascript/ckeditor to work around the problem for now. De
