Dear Maintainer,
With recent updates of apt, when `apt update`, it will fetch dep11
(if appstream is installed) and Contents file(if apt-file is installed).
These conf can be seen in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50appstream
and /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/50apt-file.conf
Related packages are appstream and apt-file.
So the possible stage1 sync option should be:
RSYNC_OPTIONS1=${RSYNC_OPTIONS1:-"--exclude=Packages* --exclude=Sources*
--exclude=Release* --exclude=InRelease --exclude=ls-lR* --include=by-hash/**
--exclude=Contents* --exclude=dep11/* --exclude=i18n/*"}
