src/utils.c: will get serious attention in conjunction with upstream src/xtractprotos.c: checking with upstream if this can be removed src/pisio1.c: thanks, fix written and under review src/psio2.c: thanks, fix written and under review prog/xtractprotos.c: checking with upstream if this can be removed prog/*: fortunately none of these files ship in Debian as of 1.73-4
