So long as this hardware is part of specific SoCs, we should only enable it for the CPU architectures used in those SoCs. That's arm64, right? (Possibly also mips64, but we don't support Cavium MIPS SoCs at all yet.) Shouldn't we also enable CONFIG_THUNDER_NIC_{PF,BGX,RGX} along with this?
