Hi, I was having this problem today, it seems it has something to do with netcat. There are three packages, one dummy and two implementations: netcat-openbsd and netcat-traditional. I noticed that while using netcat-openbsd a lot of "nc" process were spawned after Playonlinux started. I just replaced netcat-openbsd with netcat-traditional and everything is working fine now.
