According to [1], it seems that since 2013 this project supports both SDL1.2 and SDL2. [1] http://mikmod.sourceforge.net/ " - New SDL driver - works both with SDL-1.2.x and with SDL2, supports floating point output if compiled against SDL2." After more than 5 years of the release of SDL2 and SDL1.2 being under really minimal support, it would be nice to try to get the most important packages migrated to SDL2, and this is one of them. So please consider switching to SDL2 in your next uploads. Cheers.
