We still have a version gap between upstream, which is v1.10.43 at the time of writing. When build packer new version, I need at lease 1.7.0 version of aws-sdk-go. The feature I needed is added in https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go/pull/1088 Thanks Shengjing Zhu
