This might be a regression somewhere in the MinGW packages,
maintainer is Cc'ed.
Thanks for the report, this is indeed a recent regression in binutils
(2.29.1-10 works, 2.29.1-13 doesn’t). I should use arch-test as an
autopkgtest...
