Bug#819589: RFP: python3-aioxmpp -- pure-python XMPP library using the asyncio standard library module

slixmpp is similar to aioxmpp, but the API seems to be different.
A program written for one library will not work with the other.
I.e. poezio needs slixmpp, but jabbercat needs aioxmpp.
