Good catch! And thanks for the patch, too! I though wonder: Do I need a b-d on debhelper >= 11.2~ then? Because I'd otherwise won't fulfil S-V 4.1.4, or is this pointless, because soon, even stretch-bpo will have 11.2~… and there won't be any earlier 11.… debhelper anywhere in Debian. (There will be probably an debhelper <= 11.2~ in Ubuntu 18.04, though.
