Hi,
the watch file says
# Can't use; not using tags. See debian/copyright for VCS access.
but meanwhile upstream has set release tags[1] which contains more
up to date code than the current Debian package (despite the Debian
package is at "version" 0.20 while upstream has 0.7.3.
Moreover the package is currently maintained on Alioth which will be
shut down in about two weeks. I have migrated several packages to Salsa
so I can offer migrating xlsx2csv to Salsa and when doing so upgrade to
the latest upstream version.
Please let me know if you want me to do the migration.
