Dear Maintainer,

man APT-KEY(8) on stretch for the "add" command says

"Note: Instead of using this command a keyring should be placed directly
in the /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/ directory with a descriptive name and
either "gpg" or "asc" as file extension."

but "The Debian Administrator's Handbook" and
https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/securing-debian-howto/ch7
still say to use apt-key add.
