Hey Chris -- maybe hold off on that. I have a work buddy DD who literally emailed me this evening with a patch and an offer to upload the backport. :)
He may or may not also be pushing a 0.14.0-2 release with some very minor packaging fixes, don't think it should be anything that impacts you though. I'll keep you updated RE: what eventuates, but it's now unlikely to be "weeks".
