Hi,

I'm trying to use dma to send mail via Zoho.com (smtp.zoho.com), but it
fails with:

smarthost authentication: AUTH cram-md5 not available: 501 Could not do Unknown 
Authentication

Apparently, dma doesn't support PLAIN authentication, and Zoho doesn't
offer any authentication protocol that it does support. There's an issue
about this upstream:
