Hi,

getting this translated in a good way is certainly hard. I've been thinking how
to translate "canary" correctly, and I must admit that I have no good answer.

"Kanarienvogel" which is the literal translation will let a German native
speaker think of a bird in a cage, but not about a stack canary.

So I'd leave "canary" just as is in the German translation. Or it could be
translated as "Marke" or "Markierung" which might come closer to the idea.

The other funny things are "build flags" -> "Bauschalter". "Bauschalter" gives
me the imagination of a crude switch that is used in a building site.

Maybe "Bau-Option" might be better.

And then there is:
"wie die Bauschalter sich fortpflanzen"
which I would retranslate into English as:
"how the switches on a build site reproduce".

Maybe better:
"ob die Bau-Optionen korrekt durchgereicht werden."

Anyways, probably best to ask the translators so that we have a common wording
in place.

And of course the option still stands: Leave it as is as an easter egg, as the
translation is just really funny to read for a native speaker.

Cheers,
  Stefan.
