I'm trying to preconfigure package installation, but you are reading the "tt-rss/self_url_path" config parsing the /etc/tt-rss/config.php. Doing this, you override debconf presets done before package install, and "tt-rss/self_url_path" is always set to "https://example.org/tt-rss/";. The interactive config is working, because of the questions being answered after the config file parsing, but the noninteractive preseed fails. I think there is no need to do that: if the question is unseen, you can use the default https://example.org/tt-rss/, but if the answer is already present in the debconf db, you must use that. I've tried the package in buster and the package in SID, and both do the same. Best regards.
