The hotplug scripts were scheduled for removal after 2.6.14, but as it
happened, udev wasn't correctly coldplugging the devices.

If coldplug works now, we can remove the scripts.

Unless I get a positive report of coldplugging working out of the box
without the hotplug scripts, I won't remove them.
