Dear Maintainer,

As part of bug 918973 there was a request to create a common udev rules package
for TPM 1.2 and TPM2.0 tpm* devices.

This was created as the package 'tpm-udev' which is now in the Debian archive.
'tpm2-tss' now uses this to provide udev rules.

Can you please transition trousers to also use this new package to provide udev
rules so that users don't have duplicated rule sets?
