In fact, this file is not ignored (see my next bug in a few minutes ;-) ) because it is loaded due to the default -c option: -c,--config Specify a config file to use as the main config file (read before the rest of the config directory). The default is to use the file /etc/gssproxy/gssproxy.conf. For reference on the config file syntax and options, consult the gssproxy.conf(5) manual page. That said, the message from gssproxy telling this file is ignored (because it is ignored when reading the configdir) is misleading.
