control: severity -1 normal

The i3-wm package recommends libanyevent-i3-perl:
https://packages.debian.org/bullseye/i3-wm

I have verified that in a clean debian:sid Docker container, running
“apt update && apt install i3” results in installing
libanyevent-i3-perl, so I think this situation is specific to your
system somehow.
Maybe you have disabled installation of recommended packages in apt at
some point?

In any case, install the package and things should start working.
