Package: xdg-utils Version: 1.1.3-2ubuntu1 Severity: normal Tags: patch Here is the upstream bug and patch: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-utils/-/issues/98
Owing to the glacial rate of xdg-maintenance currently (and with thanks to those currently trying to speed the process up!) it would be great if this patch could be applied for the moment in Debian. In particular, it stops Caffeine from working properly when a full-screen window has no title or a non-ASCII title.
