Bug#958867: add an option to add-node-component to embed build only modules in debian/build_modules

Design proposition:

  $ add-node-component --test foo
  $ add-node-component --build bar

will download compatible versions and push then in debian dir:

 -> debian/build_modules/bar
 -> debian/tests/test_module/foo
