Hello, I can confirm that this issue occurs in occurs in Chromium 87.0.4280.88-0.3, but not in the same release of Chrome. When it occurs, I see this in the logs: ``` libpng warning: size in first frame's fcTL must match the size in IHDR libpng warning: Skipped (ignored) a chunk between APNG chunks ``` Maybe it's an issue with libpng?
