Ping? This is clearly a bogus dependency. The package is a Puppet
module, intended to be installed on the puppetmaster. The puppetmaster
generates a catalog, which is then applied by the agent to the target
system. The puppetmaster does not need a dependency on e2fsprogs or
xfsprogs, as that serves no purpose.

Removing the two Depends should suffice.
