This was introduced relatively recently: <https://github.com/Perl/perl5/commit/a78951c8adf2702a1136eae4f11657b13ee6697f> I'm not sure without further investigation whether it has to be exactly that way (due to the fact it's to be used by miniperl during the build process) or whether it was added as an editor hint, or some other reason but either way, I don't think it warrants an upstream bug report.
