Dear maintainer, I just realised, that this is not a bug. If you take a look at the screenshot in my original post, you'll see that renaming did not change the timestamps. So luckybackup kept the "newer" files as I choose in my config.
So I'm sorry. This is not a bug. I have to reconsider my backup strategy :) Best regards Wolfgang
