Could you (both) confirm that this issue is resolved?

In case you're using raspbian.org Stretch, which doesn't have backports and 
you're using a RPi 2/3/4, but not 0(w) or 1, you can just DL the armhf package 
from Debian (itself) and install that.
With the 0(w) and 1 you can install the package from armel.
