Hi Mathieu, I checked on the ISO website and 3 parts out of 4 of the standard are still reported to be in development, maybe that is the reason. I see that many image/jx* have been registered to the IANA by sc29-sec&itscj.ipsj.or.jp; maybe you can ask that person if they have a plan to do so for JPEG XL ?
