Thanks for the patch. I've rebuilt the w3c-sgml-lib package with it, and this seems to work. The only issue is that when reinstalling the package, I get the following non-fatal errors: update-xmlcatalog: error: entity not registered update-xmlcatalog: error: entity not registered update-xmlcatalog: error: entity not registered update-xmlcatalog: error: entity not registered I don't know whether there can be unwanted side effects or they can be ignored.
