Dear Debian libwebp package maintainer, A new upstream release for libwebp is available at https://storage.googleapis.com/downloads.webmproject.org/releases/webp/index.html . Please consider packaging it. Also, the package libavif I maintain has libsharpyuv as a new build- dependency, which is provided by src:libwebp in the new release.
