You both have kernel parameters like these. Can you explain why?
I have an AMD GPU on a machine and I have never set parameters like these.
These are parameters for Southern Islands (si) and Sea Islands (cik) AMD
GPUs:
I see you're already 'in' https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/2216
and that seems like an important distinction to mention (to me).
All the other cases for where this issue was fixed, seem to have (much) newer
generation of GPUs.

I will write an update in the drm issue too.

I tested the old radeon driver by removing all si/cki options with
kernel 5.10.149-2 and it boots ok and uses drm 2 instead drm 3.

But of course i added these options again and rebooted with 5.10.140-1
because of Vulkan support in the amdgpu driver using drm 3.

The debian 11/bullseye backport kernel 5.19.11-1~bpo11+1 boots ok with
the amdgpu driver too using drm 3.
