Bug#1022533: foot: pending patches

Hi Birger, I've submitted the aforementioned patch to Salsa, together 
with a bigger one that enables profile-guided optimizations and makes 
foot provide x-terminal-emulator. It'd be great if you could review, 
and possibly accept them :)
