Dear maintainer(s),

Since libapache2-mod-auth-openidc currently enables build on plenty of
architectures (17 in total), it should be safe to specify `Architecture: all`
to port this library to other platforms as well with little effort. I've tested
building it on my qemu-system-riscv64 virtual machine, succeeded and passed
all tests.

I've included a diff file that does the exact thing. If more help is needed,
please let me know.

Cheers,
Eric
